Mukesh Bajaj – Director
After completing his graduation in Raipur, Mukesh Bajaj moved to Pune in 2007 to pursue a management degree in Marketing and Finance. Before joining his family’s real estate business, he gained valuable industry experience by working with a leading real estate developer, where he understood the construction business from a customer’s perspective.
In 2011, he returned to Raipur and joined the family business, bringing a more organized and process-driven approach to operations. With a clear vision and a dedicated team, he gradually expanded the business and laid the foundation of what is today known as Bajaj Township Pvt. Ltd.
Mukesh believes that strong relationships and customer trust are the true pillars of a successful brand. His modern outlook, supported by the guidance of his father, continues to drive the company towards creating thoughtfully designed communities.
An avid sports enthusiast, Mukesh enjoys cricket and snooker, drawing leadership, teamwork, and focus from the spirit of the games.
